I feel like Lou is part of my team and love that she does everything with enthusiasm and passion. She has designed, created and gone beyond in giving me the website of my dreams. From the very start Lou took the time to really understand what i was trying to achieve with my business, both in short term and long term so it is fit for purpose in years to come as my business evolves. By my own self admission i haven’t been the easiest client. I have asked for things to be added even when i didn’t really understand what it was that i wanted, but Louise was patient, logical and gave me simple options to create the perfect fit. I also changed my mind quite a lot as my business idea evolved, but nothing was too much trouble for Lou. She always took it in her stride, gave clear timescales and i felt totally engaged with her throughout. I love her creative flair and how easy to navigate my website is.
